Anyone in good health from elementary school age and above can participate. First-timers, those returning after a long break, and those currently challenging record attempts are all welcomed with open arms. It's a friendly event, so feel free to apply. Although this event is not officially sanctioned, it is held with the cooperation of volunteer judges.

Free: For adults and general participants (including university students), the fee is 1300 yen for the first event, 1000 yen for the second event; for high school and middle school students, 1100 yen for the first event, 800 yen for the second event; for elementary school students, 900 yen; for the 10000m and 5000m events, 2000 yen.
