The 'Kobe Festival' was born in 1971 as a groundbreaking festival involving citizen participation. It is cherished by many as an important event to enhance community cohesion and widely promote the local attractions. The opening on Flower Road, the grand dance, the festival parade, as well as various plans in the Meriken Park area are scheduled to take place.
