First prayer for the purification of misfortune

New Year's purification
Abe Monjuin, one of Japan's three major Monju. The principal object of worship, Monju Bosatsu, and all four attendants are designated as national treasures. The purification ritual for misfortune is a training hall that prays for the removal of misfortune and disasters in the direction at the beginning of the year.
