This is the "Immune Boosting Exercise" class held at the Wakayama Prefectural Hashimoto Gymnasium. The class aims to enhance the body's inherent power (immunity). It focuses on loosening the toes, moving the large muscles of the body, and programming activities that assist in walking correctly and maintaining health. The program includes yoga, lymphatic massage, dance steps, and other activities that even beginners can enjoy. Participation for a single session is also possible. The target audience is 18 years and older. Please wear clothes suitable for exercise. ■ Notes To prevent the spread of infections, participation in the class and visiting the facility is not allowed in case of fever or feeling unwell.
