Autumn One Coin Experience Event 100 yen!

This is a chance to experience both programs focused on the keyword for a healthy life, immunity, including 'Immunity Up Yoga Class' and 'Immunity Up Exercise Class.' Whether you're thinking about attending a class or are someone who doesn't get enough exercise, you can have fun participating even if it’s your first time. Interested participants must apply by phone or in person at the venue. First-come, first-served. Participants must be 18 years or older. Please bring: exercise-appropriate clothing and non-slip socks (bare feet are also acceptable). If you have a yoga mat, please bring it.
