Carnivorous Plant Exhibition: Cool Companions

Many carnivorous plants are associated with the image of growing in tropical jungles due to their strange shapes; however, some of them, such as Nepenthes (pitcher plants) from mountainous areas above 1,000 meters in Southeast Asia, and Heliamphora from the Guiana Highlands in South America, thrive in cool highlands or cold regions. This exhibition features these carnivorous plants from cool environments.
