The 'Futarasan Shrine Kikusuimatsuri', developed as a secondary festival to the 'Akiyamamatsuri' held on October 21, is held on the last Saturday and Sunday of October every year. As the deity of Futarasan Shrine, Toyoshikime no Mikoto rides on a portable shrine, participating in the Hōren procession through the streets of Utsunomiya along with Yabusame. Additionally, every few years, floats and food stalls accompany the Hōren procession.
