53rd Kurume City Jojima Hometown Dream Festival
The parade with the two large lions in red and black is breathtaking!
The 53rd Jojima Hometown Dream Festival, taking place in the 7th year of Reiwa. A parade featuring two large lions, each about 30 meters long, marching through the town center, along with events such as the 'Ao Mikoshi Relay' where costumed participants carry sake barrels with blue decorations, are filled with highlights. There will also be many fun events such as a large karaoke competition. Numerous stalls from local specialty shops and food trucks will liven up the venue!
