[Autumn Foliage - Peak Season] Naruko Gorge

From mid-October to early November, the 100m deep gorge carved by the Otani River is covered with autumn foliage. The undulating gorge is adorned with beautifully colored beech, oak, and maple trees in red and yellow, creating a stunning contrast with the green of the evergreen trees like pines. Nearby are the Naruko Onsen resort and Nakayama-Daira Onsen resort, making it a popular autumn foliage spot visited by many every year.
