Move your body with radio exercises and refresh your mind and body, let's sing together! The genres vary from nostalgic melodies to seasonal songs. With simple choreography added, let's free our hearts and bodies. The sense of unity created through singing deepens connections with others and adds richness to daily life. Free drinks such as BROOK'S coffee, tea, and juice will be provided. Let's enjoy a good time together. There is also a great value lunch plan available.
