Biwa Lake Music Connect Vol.3 Shigeyoshi Tajima Soprano Recital - A Treasure Box of Songs Dedicated to My Hometown -

We will hold the Shigeyoshi Tajima soprano recital, which has not been held in Shiga for a while. Accompanied by pianist Shigeto Yamagishi, we will convey the charm of German songs and Japanese songs. The song 'Mai' composed by Kunihiko Hashimoto is a grand piece that goes beyond the realm of songs with impressive piano parts. The program includes Schumann: 'Forest Dialogues', 'Sadness', 'Spring Night' from Liederkreis Op.39, Schubert: 'The Trout', Grieg: 'Solveig's Song', 'Dream', R. Strauss: 'Dedication', and Kunihiko Hashimoto's 'Mai', among others.
