October Fan Fest 2025

This event is organized by the nonprofit October Fan Fest Executive Committee with the support of Kosai City, Hamamatsu City, and the Brazilian Consulate in Hamamatsu. This event, held to commemorate the 130th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Brazil, features a wealth of diverse attractions including cultural performances such as music and dance, gourmet booths from around the world, costume contests, and a raffle, all taking place on the stage of the 2nd Kosai City Festival.
