The Kanmon Straits Candle Night 2025 will take place mainly in the 'Moji Port Retro Shinsui Square area', with illuminations in areas such as 'Shimonoseki City Karato Area' and 'Shimonoseki City Station Square'. Plans for Moji Port include candle live performances, milk carton lanterns, an illumination lighting ceremony, a night market & food stall village, and an art night market.
