Nostalgic Kamishibai

Mimosusogawa Park

9/1(Mon)~11/30(Sun) 10:00~15:00

Ganryūjima, floating in the Kanmon Strait, is said to be the site where Miyamoto Musashi and Sasaki Kojirō dueled on April 13, 1612 (Keichō 17). With the Kanmon Strait behind them, the performer vividly narrates the scene of Kojirō with a three-foot sword and Musashi swinging a wooden sword. Everyone who watches the kamishibai will receive an original Shimonoseki postcard (1 piece) as a gift.
