Precious Tama-produced traditional handmade washi experience for parent and child
Challenge traditional handmade washi using precious materials from the Tama region! The history of washi is quite old, existing since before Christ. With the theme of 'moon viewing,' challenge yourself to create a one-of-a-kind postcard using materials sourced from the Tama region. The program will cover: what traditional handmade washi is? (lecture) and creating a unique postcard themed around moon viewing. The target participants are children with hearing disabilities aged 4 to middle school and their guardians (1 child + 1 guardian = 1 parent-child pair). ■Notes Only those who agree to photography can participate.
