Traditional craftsmanship of origata enhances the beauty of autumn flowers

National Showa Memorial Park "Hanamidori Cultural Center" Gallery 2

10/12(Sun) 13:00~16:30

The roots of origami were the beautiful considerations of the samurai society?! While origami is a familiar "play" for Japanese people, its roots lie in a secret culture and technique called origata, which has a history of over 600 years, where special Japanese paper was used to "wrap things" and "tie things." Over time, it evolved from the formal etiquette of wrapping items to becoming a common, enjoyable origami play. Let's create a "floral wrap" that enhances the beauty of flowers together as a parent and child! ■Notes Only those who allow photography may participate. Adults participating alone are not allowed. Those with a fever on the day of the event cannot participate.
