The largest comprehensive art festival in Shizuoka Prefecture
The largest comprehensive art festival in Shizuoka Prefecture, the "Fuji no Kuni Art Festival," is a festival where residents present and appreciate various cultural activities, and this year marks its 65th edition. Starting in 2024, it will be integrated with the "Shizuoka Prefecture Disabled Persons Art Festival," and the "Disabled Persons Cultural Arts Division" has been newly established. The cultural arts exhibition of the Disabled Persons Cultural Arts Division will showcase works by artists with disabilities in three regions of the prefecture, while also introducing the background of their production and evaluation perspectives. It aims to deepen understanding of the works and promote the realization of a symbiotic society.
