Nestled in the northeastern part of Kumamoto Prefecture, the mountain village of 'Oguni Town and Minamioguni Town' lies in the embrace of the Aso outer rim. This region, thriving on the vast land of Aso, is rich in nature and culture, featuring deep forests nurtured by Oguni cedar, Nabegataki Falls, the historic Tsuetate Onsen and Waki Onsen, and the nationally popular Kurokawa Onsen. This panel exhibition introduces the original scenery of 'Oguni' that beckons the people of Fukuoka to travel, the cherished hot springs passed down through generations, and the pride-worthy local specialties.
