"Sacred Island" Munakata and Okinoshima and Related Heritage Group Panel Exhibition

"Sacred Island" Munakata and Okinoshima and Related Heritage Group convey the historical faith related to Okinoshima, the "Sacred Island," where national rituals for the safety of maritime voyages to the continent were conducted. It tells the story of how ancient nature worship and Japan's culture and beliefs have been nurtured through exchanges in various regions. The value of the heritage group, the Munakata and Fukutsu area, and events related to the heritage group will be introduced in an easy-to-understand manner using panels and pamphlets.
