The 7th Kokura Castle Bamboo Lanterns

Approximately 30,000 bamboo lanterns will be displayed at Kokura Castle. Visitors from afar will be welcomed with hospitality, and the event is held with a wish for local people to have love and dreams for this city. It is also intended to cultivate this "Kokura Castle Bamboo Lanterns" as a big autumn event over the years in Kitakyushu, a city selected as one of Japan's new three great night view cities, with the hope of creating a Kitakyushu that people want to visit from far away.
