Wellness walking is a type of walking that utilizes climate therapy and terrain therapy methods, which are also practiced as treatment in German spa towns. It is used for the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases and health promotion. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the arboretum's forest while incorporating methods such as exercise therapy, pole walking, and Kneipp therapy. We invite you to participate. For registration and inquiries, please visit the Rokko Health Spa Research Association website. Capacity is 20 people, and registration will close once full.
