An Evening Listening to Singing Insects & Insect Observation for Children

Once a year, there is a night insect observation event at the Forest Botanical Garden. After a study session about singing insects using slides, we will split into 'An Evening Listening to Singing Insects' (for adults) and 'Insect Observation for Children' (for children) and head into the garden at dusk. Let's all enjoy the orchestra of insects playing all around and observe insects together. Pre-registration by lottery is required. Applications can be made from one month before the event date through the event application form on the Forest Botanical Garden HP or by phone.

17:00-20:00 An Evening Listening to Singing Insects, 17:00-19:30 Insect Observation for Children. *Cancelled in case of rain. Please register at the Forest Exhibition Hall office on the 1st floor by 16:45 at the latest. Admission is not allowed after 17:00.

Fee

Participation fee: 300 yen for adults, 100 yen for children. Admission fee: 300 yen for adults (15 years and older excluding junior high school students), 150 yen for elementary and junior high school students.
