Biwako Hall Vocal Ensemble Nobutaka Tanaka Memorial Concert

Nobutaka Tanaka, a leading figure in Japanese choral conducting, has guided the world of choral music throughout his life. We present a collection of memorable pieces sung alongside him, including a new work by Atsuhiko Gonda, performed by a total of 26 members of the Biwako Hall Vocal Ensemble and piano by Kaori Nakajima. Program: Schumann: The Wanderers, Akira Miyosen: To Live, Seasonal Songs, Toru Takemitsu/Hayashi Hikaru: What the Dead Man Left Behind, Ichiro Nodaira: From 'Fantasy Arrangements' Zui Zui Zukorobashi, and more. ■Notes Admission permitted for ages 6 and older. Childcare services available (ages 1 to 5 / paid / reservation required).
