Oarai Fireworks Festival 2025 - Senryo Matsuri -

This year, a record 18,000 fireworks will be launched. The production is handled by Nomura Hanabi Kogyo, a recipient of the Prime Minister's Award, awarded 21 times. The event will enchant the audience with its overwhelming scale and beauty. Additionally, to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Oarai Town, Japan's pride, the Japan Air Self-Defense Force's acrobatic team, Blue Impulse, will decorate the sky over Oarai. Many yagura (traditional towers) will be set up at the venue, with live performances and dances that blend tradition and modernity by the Japan Bon Odori Association showcased on the central yagura stage. All seats are paid.

Doors open at 12:00. In case of rain or stormy weather, the fireworks festival will be postponed to the next day. Fireworks launch will start at 18:00 and is scheduled to end at 19:30.
