Nagaokakyo Art Theater National Cultural Festival Commemorative Concert

A concert by the Nagaokakyo City Orchestra and Kyoto Sinfonica, formed to receive praise at the National Cultural Festival Kyoto 2011. The pieces performed will be the complete opera "Hansel and Gretel" composed by E. Humperdinck (concert format, performed in Japanese with subtitles). Conducted by Takashi Yamamoto, with children's choir: Kyoto City Boys' Choir, featuring: Eriko Kojiya, Kaori Kitano, Chika Matsuo, Keisuke Otani, among others. Tickets go on sale on September 5 (Friday). No admission for preschool children.
