Exhibition of Collection No. 168 'Summer Vacation at the Museum - Play with Forms -'

Works by 20th-century artists such as ink and paper scrolls by painter Saburo Hasegawa, Eikyū's photo-drawings, Shigeru Ueki's abstract sculptures, and collages by Yuki Katsura, showcasing playful forms. Enjoy a variety of expressions. We also plan related events unique to summer vacation, such as gallery talks for parents and children (on August 2, 11, and 16) and an open atelier corner where you can freely create collages (from August 5 to August 24).

Take the Chugoku Expressway Shimonoseki IC and head towards 'Shimonoseki,' then turn left at the junction with National Route 9 and continue for about 5 minutes.
