Special Exhibition Setouchi Triennale Art Museum Collaborative Project 'Yuichi Hirako Exhibition ORIGIN'

Considering the origins of plants and humans
Yuichi Hirako (born 1982) is the 13th Grand Prize winner of the Okayama Prefecture New Artists Training 'Mr. I Prize'. He presents large-scale paintings and three-dimensional works focusing on the ambiguities and questions that arise in the coexistence relationship between plants and humans, and is active both domestically and internationally as a contemporary artist. This exhibition will create a powerful display space utilizing the architecture of the Okayama Prefectural Museum of Art, and will also incorporate interactive viewing, communicating the appeal of contemporary art to a wide range of generations.
