The Kimitsu City Fireworks Festival is held on Lake Kameyama as part of the Kimitsu City Citizens' Interaction Festival. Lake Kameyama is a dam lake on the Obitsu River, where the sound of fireworks echoes through the mountains in the fresh air, offering a powerful experience. The main spectacle features large fireworks (shakudama and 8-inch balls) launched for about 30 minutes. The golden curtain painting the surface of Lake Kameyama and the night sky is also a must-see! ■Notes Inquiry reception hours: From 10 AM to 4 PM (closed on Wednesdays)
