Exhibition: Seeing through TV and Commercials 1970-1980s

At the Broadcasting Library, we have held various exhibitions focusing on different eras, such as the Heisei era, the Reiwa era, and the 1980s, as part of the planned exhibition series "Seeing through TV and Commercials." This March marks the 100th anniversary of broadcasting, and this year, which marks the 100th anniversary since the first year of the Showa era, we will look back at a tumultuous 20 years from 1970, which started with the "Osaka Expo," held during Japan's post-war recovery and high economic growth, to the late 1980s when the "bubble economy" arrived.

Closed on Mondays; however, it will be open on 8/11 (Mon, a holiday) and 9/15 (Mon, a holiday), and closed the following day.
