75th Kochi Prefecture Art Festival Opening Event "Downtown Art March"

The 75th Kochi Prefecture Art Festival will take place in the 7th year of Reiwa. This year's art festival will kick off with a lively and colorful marching parade. The wind orchestra of Kochi Gakuen Junior and Senior High School and the drum and fife corps of Ushinosuke Academy's kindergarten will brighten up the Obiyamachi Shopping Street with their cheerful performances and strong march.
