[Autumn Foliage - Peak Period] Jinpo Citizen's Forest

Jinpo Citizen's Forest is a forest park of about 50 hectares located at the foot of Jinmi Peak in the Kamuro Mountain Range. The designated walking paths on the Tohoku Nature Trail are relatively flat, making it suitable for families. There are lakeside areas, grassy parks, and a forest with views, and the reflection of autumn leaves in the lake of "Lakeside Forest" is particularly beautiful. In autumn, the forest is vibrantly colored with Japanese maple, acer, and purple beautyberry. It is also a great season for trekking combined with chestnut picking and mushroom gathering.
