This year marks the 40th anniversary since Norwegian salmon landed in Japan and the birth of "salmon sushi." This year also marks the 5th anniversary of "saba nouveau," where Norwegian mackerel is air-freighted to Japan without ever being frozen. To celebrate the collaboration of Norwegian and Japanese food culture, the theme of the event is "Celebration." Various popular restaurants will offer delicious limited menus using Norwegian salmon and mackerel. ■Note Please check the official website for event details.
