Learn the history of Shizuoka that you can only hear here! A course to learn about thoughts and cultures that connect from the 'Showa era' to the future (4 sessions total). 9/6 'Tokutomi Soho in the Showa Period and His Surrounding People', 9/27 'Considering Shizuoka's Commerce - What Created the Shopping Environment', 10/4 'The Century of the Tannuma Shinnō Festival - Connecting to the Next Generation', 10/25 'Beings that Create Life - Considering the Present from the Activities of Midwives'. Application deadline is 8/15 (Friday).
