Morning Zazen Session

How about incorporating some time into your daily life where you can sit up straight, regulate your breathing, and quietly reflect on your mind amidst the busy days? After zazen, we will invite Mr. Tetokito, who is involved in woodworking and bamboo crafting, to create dishes and pastry cutters for the tea gathering using knives. Anyone who can sit for about an hour can participate. Families with children are also welcome to join. For registration, please refer to the highlights on Instagram. ■Notes What to bring: Please participate in comfortable clothing and with work gloves.
