Tambara Lavender Park

A cool summer resort with an average high temperature of 25°C from July to August, a refreshing breeze at an elevation of 1,300m, and the fragrance of 50,000 lavender plants, just about 2 hours from Tokyo! The best viewing period is usually from mid-July to mid-August. Since the types of flowers and their blooming conditions vary by spot from the entrance to the large observation deck, be sure to walk around the flower-filled park. There are plenty of events during the open season! The specialty is the refreshing lavender soft serve ice cream that one in two people enjoy. A super popular sweet that sells 60,000 units during the season!

Last entry is until 15:45. The operating period may vary depending on the blooming conditions. Lift operating hours are from 8:30 to 16:00 (last descent at 16:30). Operations may be suspended due to bad weather.
