Gongenyama Nagashi Somen

Gongenyama, located at an altitude of 440 meters at the source of the crystal-clear Nakano River in Tobe Town, is surrounded by three majestic peaks. The 'Gongenyama Nagashi Somen' held at the foot of Gongenyama, enveloped in mysterious greenery, is very popular. Local shiitake mushrooms are used as a seasoning. Enjoy the crunchy texture.
