9/13(Sat) 13:30~15:00

The second installment of the plant trivia seminar by Monsieur Flourie! The theme this time is the 'Seven Autumn Flowers' that herald the arrival of autumn. In this course, using the grass and flowers mentioned in the Manyoshu as an entry point, we gently unravel the culture of Japanese grass and flowers centered on the 'Seven Autumn Flowers' from both the aspects of poetry and gardening. Additionally, we will introduce the culture of the 'Seven Flowers' related to autumn, as well as spring, summer, winter, and the sea. Let's explore the thoughts that ancient people had about flowers and the ways to enjoy them in modern times.
