Nori-suzuri Making

Create traditional tools for nori-making
We will weave plants called Yoshi to create a traditional nori-suzuri (seaweed drying mat) that was used for making nori (seaweed) in the past. The nori-suzuri made can be brought to the winter "Nori Experience" event and used in actual practice. Additionally, it can be hung on a wall, decorated, or used as a rolling mat, allowing for various creative uses. Target audience: 3rd graders and above to adults. Capacity: 18 participants per session on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration: Accepted by phone or at the reception on a first-come, first-served basis.
