In this class, you will learn about the medicinal properties of spices and use an old medicine-making tool called a "mortar" to make curry spices. *The curry spices (powder) made in this class will have a strong authentic flavor and spiciness that differs from commercially available curry roux, so please be aware. ■Notes Registration starts from the website on June 29 (Sun) at 12:00 / First 10 groups for each session
