Eishoin Early Morning Zazen (September)

The zazen meeting held every month at Eishoin, a Soto Zen temple. It is short, lasting about 20 minutes, and has many friendly participants, making it popular among beginners, newcomers, and those visiting the temple for the first time. After zazen, a tea party featuring porridge and vegetarian cuisine is also popular.
