Special Exhibition 'Meiji Mura Museum × Goldfish Painter Takahiro Fukahori - Goldfish Romance'

We are hosting a collaborative project with the famous goldfish painter Takahiro Fukahori. Enjoy a world of goldfish connecting Meiji and modern times, featuring works from his representative "Kingyo Sake" series and installations modeled after goldfish stands such as "Heisei Shinchuuya," which incorporates folk tools held by the village. As a special benefit for exhibition viewers, we will present the "Kingyo Brand Goldfish Collection!" Collect goldfish stamps while touring the village and finish the artwork!

Closed days are from August 5 to 7, 19 to 21, 26 to 28, September 2 to 4, and 8 to 12. Reception hours are from 10:30 to 16:30. However, on the days of the evening Meiji Mura event, open until 19:00. Opening hours are from 9:30 to 17:00 in July and September, and from 10:00 to 17:00 in August. *On the days of the evening Meiji Mura event (August 9 to 17, 23, 24, 30, 31), open until 20:30.

Get off the bus at the end of the line from Meitetsu Inuyama Station East Exit. *On the days of the evening Meiji Mura event, a direct bus will operate temporarily from Meitetsu Inuyama Station East Exit after 18:00.
