Japan Footbag Association Official Practice Session Mo'Dex (September)

Footbag is a sport that involves kicking a small bag (like a beanbag) in a manner similar to juggling a soccer ball, competing in tricks. Because it uses a small, non-bouncing bag, it can be easily enjoyed in various locations, and the challenge of mastering tricks along with the stylish movements akin to dance are appealing. It also provides a moderate amount of exercise and is suitable for developing balance. Observers and beginners are welcome! No prior registration is necessary, so feel free to join. ■Notes Shoes and bags for beginners are available for experience (limited availability).
