The fairy tale 'Gon, the Fox' is a representative work of Nankichi Niimi and has been incorporated into the Japanese language curriculum for 4th graders. This exhibition will showcase the tools and scenes depicted in the story while narrating the story of 'Gon, the Fox,' to introduce the lifestyles of people in the past. A 'Exhibition Guide' will be held every Sunday at 14:00 for about 20 minutes (excluding 11/9). A quiz event will be held on weekends and holidays (excluding 11/3, 8, 9). <Participants will receive a commemorative gift> ■ Notes Highlights of the exhibition will be shared on the official SNS (Facebook, Instagram, X) of Hiroshima City Museum of Local History.

Note
Closed on Mondays, but open on holidays and closed the following day (excluding 9/24). The museum will be temporarily closed on 11/8 (the day before the voting) and on 11/9 (the voting day) as it will serve as a polling place for the Hiroshima gubernatorial election. Admission is until 16:30.
