Hikari Festival
A festival with the total participation of Hikari citizens
The Hikari Festival, representing Hikari City, will be held again this year around Hikari Citizen Hall. The general parade, which had been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will be revived this year for the first time in six years. Currently, we are recruiting parade participants (application deadline is July 31). It is a festival with three components: parade, merchandise sales, and stage, with the total participation of citizens.
