Let's incorporate yoga poses to develop the necessary "muscle strength," "endurance," and "balance" for stable mountain walking. Most participants are beginners to early intermediate. It's well-received that even those new to yoga can move their bodies in a fun and relaxing way. With a small class size, you can learn the basics thoroughly, which is reassuring. It is also recommended for those who typically have fewer opportunities to exercise or feel a lack of physical activity. *Reservation required ■Notes Participants under 18 years old are not allowed.
