The Tengai Cultural Foundation is a foundation established to carry on the will of Akio Morita. Akio Morita was the 15th head of the Morita Kyuzaemon family, which has been engaged in the brewing industry based in Kozugaya (Tokoname City). He grew while inheriting tradition and expanding his horizons to the world. Various historical materials remain with the Morita family, and the Chita Peninsula Comprehensive Research Institute of Japan Welfare University is conducting research on them. This time, we will present on '19th Century Morita Family's Miso and Tamari Manufacturing' and 'Sanzenjou of the Chita Peninsula'.
