"New History Opening the Future" Publication: Asking the Authors About Their Thoughts on the Joint Compilation of History of Japan, China, and South Korea

An opportunity to talk with the authors
The book "History Opening the Future - Modern and Contemporary History of Three East Asian Countries" published in 2005 was created through repeated editorial meetings among historians, teachers, and citizens from Japan, China, and South Korea. In September this year, "New History Opening the Future" will be published. Its feature is that "each chapter poses questions, focusing on exploring important themes in the modern and contemporary history of Japan, China, and South Korea." Authors Jun-ichi Ohnishi (Emeritus Professor, Waseda University) and Yosuke Watanabe (Researcher, Peace Depot) will appear online.
