Outdoor Expert - Starting with Fire Making to Create Smoked Foods
Challenge yourself to create smoked foods starting from fire making!
Learn to make smoked foods starting from fire making. Applications are accepted by phone on a first-come, first-served basis (applications start on 9/4 (Thu) at 10:00). Capacity is 6 groups per session (up to 4 people per group). Instructors are Tatsuya Kozuka (JBS Bushcraft Advisor) and Nagara Takahashi (JBS Bushcraft Instructor). Please bring your favorite ingredients.
