2025 'Autumn Sutra Copying and Dharma Talk' for First-Timers

Join us for the 'Autumn Sutra Copying and Dharma Talk' at Rihga Royal Hotel. Experience teachings that free you from worries and doubts. After hearing talks on the teachings of the Heart Sutra and the significance of sutra copying, you will trace over the sutra copying paper using a sample. After the sutra copying session, enjoy an engaging and easy-to-understand Dharma talk by Deputy Chief Priest Motoharu Ikoma from Nara's Yakushiji. The copied sutras will be dedicated to Yakushiji in Nara for perpetual memorial services. Paper and writing instruments will be provided. First-timers are welcome to participate casually. *The sutra copying fee and dedication fee of 2,000 yen will be used for the reconstruction of Yakushiji's temple.
