Showa Kinen Park PF Nordic Walking (September)

Walking with poles that puts less strain on the knees and hips. A detailed lesson on how to use the poles and walking technique will be provided, followed by a walk in the park! It's a content that even first-time Nordic walkers can easily participate in. Pre-reservation on the booking site is required. Target is 1st grade elementary school students and above (must be accompanied by a guardian for middle school students). Gather at the West Tachikawa Gate.
